Really cute corner with a really good beer. Got there at around 10-11pm and the kitchen was closed but the waitress bought us this homemade salad which was SUPER DELICIOUS! I also asked for bread and got 3 different slices wheat, whole grain and bread rolls. We sat right at the corner of the road and the view was amazing. Would visit again!
Excellent burgers and very friendly and attentive service.
Been there based on a recommendation and tried the Kaiserschmarren. I can pass on this recommendation as well. It was worth it and was very tasty.
Food okay / average, service bad. I used to be here very often, now after a long time again. We sat outside. The aperitifs we ordered were delicious, the food was okay, but nothing special either. Both the chicory and chanterelle salad with goat cheese (just under € 16) and the ravioli filled with cream cheese and chestnut cream were delicious, but the salad in particular was too expensive. Unfortunately the service was very below average. After we hadn't made a decision 2 minutes after receiving the cards, the waiter left the house and only came back after a long time and was not particularly friendly ("Got hers now"). When our drinks had been empty for ages and were served repeatedly next door, there was never a question whether we might want to order something, not even when the plates were cleared. At some point we didn't feel like it anymore and wanted to go somewhere else. In the end, we had to go in to pay because he didn't show up any more. Paying with Apple Pay or credit cards didn't work either, just the outdated Girocard system, ridiculous in 2020. Fortunately, I still had one from my old bank. There will probably not be another visit that soon.
Here you can have a very nice breakfast and the service is very friendly and courteous and fast. Gladly again!
Troth Ayinger a wonderful location that we like to come to again and again (:
There is still room for improvement in service. Barely showing up, being taciturn or forgetting half of the order does not exactly indicate guest orientation. I think it's great that you can have breakfast until 4 p.m. But it is of no use if the price-performance ratio is not right. The “big breakfast” couldn't convince me. For the price, I expect that at least a small glass of orange juice is included and a little more side dishes such as tomatoes, cucumber, etc. on the plate than just a teaspoon of blueberries. Overall, everything seemed a little loveless to me. I will continue to test myself in the area, there are plenty of alternatives.
It is by going at random that far can make pleasant discoveries. We found this brewery after a visit to the Pinacothèque. The setting with its art deco influences has charm. The alcoholic drinks menu is extensive, but it was the food that we liked. A vegetable quiche and the daily special with pieces of beef cooked with mushrooms and parmesan cheese were fresh and tasty.
Friendly and competent service, a variety of dishes and drinks that never disappointed me, and an appealing atmosphere and interior. I like to pay a little more for that.
Very good food, super-friendly service and you can sit outside with a view of the Pinakotheken.
Friendly service, interesting menu, possibility to sit outside, simple corona procedure, but no soap or empty liquid soap dispenser on the men's toilet. The food tasted really good!
Very tasty food and friendly service. Corona was closely followed.
Top shop with style ❤️ Nice staff, delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere with the finest music. It's easy to get in with a stroller.
Traditional, simple, delicious
The cappuccino is very good. The breakfast selection is large. Good portions in good quality. Delicious!
Today after long weeks in the Treszni again. Simply heavenly. Works of art from the kitchen and a very good waiter. See you soon.
We sat very nicely in the morning sun. Staff was also very nice.
Today after visiting the art galleries for a few drinks. The restaurant was well attended on Sundays at 3 p.m. which is not a bad sign. Everything was to our satisfaction. We will be back.
Went for breakfast - they serve a good variety of dishes and the rustique breakfast with blood sausage was amazing and something you don’t find everywhere. Pancakes were (according to my American wife) the best she’s had in Munich. Great coffee too, we’ll be back.
Had a great lunch here while in between touring the museums. Food selection was good, and tasty. The service was great. A very handsome corner eatery.
The restaurant is very nice, the staff are friendly and always smiling. The quality of the food is very good. Average prices. Recommended
What a great place to settle in and soak up some history. Not only do they have an extensive menu, there is also all kind of manner of cocktails available to sample.
The prices don’t fit the quality of food. It’s ok, but does not fit expectations
Nice jugendstil coffee house with excellent offers.
Great bar / snack bar
Small Black Coffee To Go for 3€ - ripping off people...
I was yestarday there after my visit in after alte pinakothek gallery. I must say that the quality of the coffe ist very high. We took normal coffee and latte and in both of this cases coffee tasted very good
Strudel and fresh-pressed juice are a bit expensive but taste really great !
Unacceptable prices for the quality of the food, which was pretty bad. The waiter directly requested the tip for himself. Not recommended at all
Pretty good food! Breakfast sets were great in terms of variety and price, but the pancakes were not as fluffy.
poached egg was cooked hard. the second egg came after 10 minutes. I could not cut the bagel with the knife you brought us. knife unsuitable or bagel too hard outside. orange juice had too much fruit inside.
Please don't take my humor seriously :P Amazingly friendly service, made me say "whoahhhh that's rare in Munich" Perfect sweets and coffee, amazing meeting spot for a short date to woo her off her feet ;) I especially like their Irish Coffee <3
Not what it was! This was my go to place. It has lost its charisma and thus its appeal. A sad day.
I like it
The place was rammed when we arrived at 3pm on a Sunday. They squeezed us in with no fuss. English menu was welcome. Great food, drinks and service. Highly recommend ed..
Unfriendly staff☹️
Always nice to come here for a relaxed Sunday Brunch or simply to rest between visits of the surrounding art museums - to enjoy a second breakfast, either traditional or modern. It’s up to your choice...
i only had drinks, but its a real good establishment with a nice ambience
Nice place with a good atmosphere, but the service was super slow - waited long to order and then even longer to be to served. Wrong order, so another super long wait. And it was only sandwiches.
Bad smoothies and unfriendly service not even asking if we want to order for 20min.
The food is almost just fine, but the waiting times are astronomical, even though the place isn’t particularly crowded
Super
Located right in the middle of Marienplatz, it is a very typical and beautiful place, the food is great but of course the prices are a bit high.
Great food, nice wine list, friendly service!
Good food and drinks. Excelent service!
I come with a child and love the foods.
Food is great! And the service was friendly. But, don’t come here if a) you’re in a hurry; b) it’s busy; or c) you’re in a hurry and it’s busy.
Great food, very nice and promoter service! Thank you :)
Very good food, amazing location.
